The ErgoLynx Approach

When you work with ErgoLynx we undertake an initial assessment of the physical environment and make comprehensive recommendations regarding any needed changes. Recommendations resulting from the initial analysis may include retrofitting of existing structures, or a complete reorganization of the tasks within the office environment.

Ergonomic training packages begin with a full statistical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis of the workplace. Depending on your organizations needs a workshop may be developed that targets any problem areas highlighted in the analysis. In addition, workshops will focus on training administrators and end-users to deal with current and future challenges that can be solved using ergonomic guidelines. Examples of workshop topics addressed within typical organizations include:
  •     Improving awkward posture
  •     RSI & Recovery Time
  •     The psychosocial environment
  •     Noise
  •     Air Quality
  •     Work related accessories
  •     Repetition, duration, force
  •     Lighting
  •     Knowing your workstation

While these are common areas of concern, additional workshop topics and curriculum can be tailor-made to fit the specific needs of all our clients.
